Wisdom in a godly wife

S-
The fear of man brings a snare,
But he who trusts in the LORD will be exalted. Many seek the ruler's favor,
But justice for man comes from the LORD. (Proverbs 29:25, 26 NASB)

An excellent wife, who can find?
For her worth is far above jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her,
And he will have no lack of gain. (Proverbs 31:10, 11 NASB)

She opens her mouth in wisdom,
And the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. Her children rise up and bless her;
Her husband also, and he praises her, saying: "Many daughters have done nobly,
But you excel them all." Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain,
But a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised. (Proverbs 31:26, 28-30 NASB)

O - to trust in two things is important. That The Lord is the only ruler in which I need to fear. By seeking Him in all things I will receive the favor that my soul craves. Seeking the favor of man is temporary and many times infill filling. The second thing is to give recognition and prices for the godly wife that God has provided for me. Her wisdom, kindness, and discernment are a blessing to our family. Abby serves us humbly and with a purity of heart that is rare.

A - The Lord has reminded me that my relationship with Him and Abby are the two most important to recognize, nurture, and give attention to. I must trust that these relationships are the foundation upon which all other things can stand.

P dear Heavenly Father thank you for your daily reminder and refreshing through your word. I pay Lord you help me walk in confidence in these truths so I can increase my trust in you, and your provision for me via my wife Abby.
