S - Psalm 55:22 (NASB)

Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you;

He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.

O - Lord how I need to cling to this truth during the valley seasons that I travel.  

A -  I must follow these simple instructions from the psalmist, give the lord all that burdens me, trust he will sustain me through the valley season, and trust that in the end he will help me stand strong in the end.

P - Dear heavenly Father, I cast all of my worries and concerns about who I am and what I am to do upon you Lord.  Lord I trust you to walk me through this valley, and to your  righteousness.  I pray all this in Jesus name, Amen.
